E. E. Smith’s Black History Month activities will conclude with a Gospel Concert on Wednesday, February 28th at 6:30 pm in the Auditorium.  Please attend and support our students.

HOSA students will partner with the Cape Fear Valley Blood Center to sponsor a Blood Drive this Friday, January 6, 2017  from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. Students and staff are encouraged to support this initiative.

Thank you to the parents, faculty and staff of EE Smith High School!
NCPTA recognizes PTAs across the state throughout the year for building strong teams of parent, teacher and community volunteers.  We won the Bronze Acorn Award which  acknowledges PTAs whose membership as of March 15 has increased by at least 10 percent compared to the previous year.

Carolina Panthers to Salute the Military During Seventy-First High School’s homecoming football game against E.E. Smith High School on Friday, November 4, the Carolina Panthers have plans to salute the men and women who serve in the U.S. Armed Forces. Kickoff is at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are being pre-sold at Seventy-First High from October 31 – November 3. For additional information about the game, call the school at 910.867.3116.
